We're committed to complying with all our obligations under the consumer laws.
If a product fails due to significant manufacturing fault or material defect you can ask for a replacement or refund, we will replace it or offer a refund at our discretion.
We cover the following:
- Defective snaps
- Defective stitching
- Defective PUL Waterproof lining
- Defective zippers
We do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or alterations, e.g cutting, stitching, and removing parts, including the care label.
- Damage caused by improper use (e.g. forceful use of snaps)
- Improper care and maintenance (e.g. not following our care instructions)
- Snags
- Improper storage
- Incorrectly use and fitting of the products (e.g. leaking.)
